Choosing the right size:

We list our pillow sizes measured seam to seam across the belly with the insert, not when flat from corner to corner. This takes the curvature of the pillow form into account. Pillows are made to order. Please see our return/exchange policy before you place your order.

Backorders	We try hard not to backorder, but occasionally it does happen. Backordered items ship within 8-10 Weeks. In order to manage supply, we do not take orders for backordered items on our website. If you wish to order, please email orders@susanconnorny.com so we may assist.

As a made-to-order company, we want you to feel confident before placing your order. Please email or chat with us with any questions about our policies below.

Your fabric, pillows, and wallpaper are custom printed and/or sewn specifically for you. Once production begins (typically within 24–48 hours of order placement), orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. We highly recommend ordering samples first so you can review your selection in person.

Pillow inserts are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have specific fill preferences, such as a very full or overstuffed look, we recommend selecting the “no insert” option and sourcing an insert that best suits your needs.

For orders requiring multiple items in the same print, such as pillows, wallpaper, or yardage for a single space, we recommend ordering all items together so we can automatically lot match your order. We cannot guarantee a lot match or replace items for lot differences on separate orders unless we have been notified in advance.
