It's our priority to provide great service and a lovely experience for you. Below are answers to many common inquiries, but please reach out if you don't see what you need here. We love to help.
Orders and Shipping
Your fabric, pillows and wallpapers will be custom-made just for you. As such, they are not eligible for exchange or refund once production begins (usually within 24-48 hours of order placement). We highly recommend sampling first, so you can review your selection/combination in person.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for pillow inserts. If you have very specific fill preferences, for instance, like a very overstuffed look, we recommend ordering as a pillow cover, and sourcing your own insert. If you have questions about our inserts prior to ordering, please chat or email the studio so we can help!
****If you are ordering yardage, pillows, or wallpaper, please order all of the pieces you will need at the same time, so we can automatically lot match for you. We do not guarantee lot match for any orders placed at different times, and will not refund or replace items that have been ordered at different times, if a match is required, but has not been requested in advance.****
If you have ordered with us, rest assured your order is in production. Immediately after ordering, you will receive a confirmation to let you know we’ve received your order. Within 2 business days, you will also receive an “assigned ship date” email so you will know when to expect your order to be shipping out. Our dates are very reliable, so please know that we will be shipping either on, or slightly ahead of the date we provide. If you have received tracking, your order is on it’s way. We do not send tracking before an order is shipped.
If you have ordered samples, they ship quickly, so you will see a shipping confirmation within 2 business days.
Items are made to order in our workrooms, lead times appear below. Note that if your order contains fabric and pillows, they will ship when the pillows are complete. If your order contains wallpaper or samples, these will ship separately from all other items, samples are generally shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Yes and yes! Since your items will be made to order, we highly recommend sampling first. We offer beautiful samples of any and every style for a small fee. From any product page, just select the “swatch” or “sample” option from the dropdown and add to cart. Domestic shipping on samples is free, and samples ship out within 1-2 business days of order placement.
Trade accounts receive a discount on samples, so if you are a Trade member, please make sure you are logged in.
Fabric, wallpaper and pillows ship UPS. Samples ship UPS or USPS. Rate is dependent on package size, weight and destination.
Tip: If ordering pillows, selecting "no insert" will lower your item cost and shipping rate nicely!
Cancellations may be made within 1 business day. (We may be able to extend this to 2 or 3 business days depending how quickly our production queue is moving).
If your order has arrived damaged, or if you have received the wrong size, color, or item, or an item is missing, please contact us so that we can assist.

If you received fabric by the yard, and a style is missing, we do roll multiple styles on a single roll, so unroll your package, and you will probably find both styles within!
Trade Accounts
Qualified U.S.-based design professionals can apply here. Members enjoy special discounts on fabric, finished goods and swatches, along with dedicated account service.
International: We are currently not accepting new international trade accounts, as we are work to streamline our program for international accounts. Please contact us if you would like to be notified when we relaunch our international account option!
Samples and sets are discounted to the trade, so make sure you are logged in with your account, and you will see your discount reflected!
We offer two sampling options. Individual / fully refundable with purchase of any item in that style, o full sets / includes all styles, more deeply discounted, but non-refundable. Samples ship out on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays and shipping is free.
We have made a little change to our trade login, so if you are having trouble seeing your discount, that is likely the culprit! To order or quote, please log in using your account email and password, click “Your Trade Account” in the account navigation, and locate your discount code. Enter this code at checkout and it it will apply your discount to your items. You will also see the discount reflected in your cart, if you need to go back and adjust quantity, or order any other items.
We do not sell through showrooms, though we've been invited many times. We prefer to serve our accounts directly through our studio. We serve hundreds of accounts and offer prompt, professional service. We take pride in being a professional and supportive vendor.
Our Products
Our pillow covers are carefully made to order, with double sided matched panels, knife-edge construction, invisible zip closure, and no visible labels. For printed designs, expect the kind of close seam-match you see here on our website. Inserts, if ordered, are 10/90 Down Feather Fill.
Pillow Measurements
Our pillows are made true to measurement. So, an 18 x 18 pillow is cut from an 18 x 18 template. Pillow covers are sewn with a very slight, invisible corner taper, to allow inserts to fully fill out their corners, and never dog-ear. Once the pillow is stuffed, it may measure slightly smaller due to the curvature from the insert.
Pillow Inserts
Our inserts are 10/90 down/feather fill and have the relaxed not-overstuffed look that is shown in all our photos. Inserts are sized to fit our pillows exactly, we do not add two inches. Pillows with inserts are vacuum packed for shipping, so they will expand a bit once you fluff them and place them in their new home!

Linen Prints
Our linen fabrics are printed to order in U.S.A. on 100% linen grown and woven in Belgium. We offer a choice of 2 grounds: Standard, which is best for pillows, light upholstery and drapery. Or, Heavy, which is best suited to upholstery, or situations where you would like more weight and texture. Most fabrics have a print width of 54" wide.
Curated Wovens
Our curated wovens are made entirely in the U.S.A. from American yarns. These fabrics are best suited for pillows and upholstery. They have a light backing that is pre-applied, and are made of 100% recycled olefin.
Minimums
Our minimum order for fabric is just one yard. Half-yards are possible for orders over 5 yards on request.
Cut Fees
Nope....No cut fees.
Railroading
If you need a wider width for a headboard, bench or wide Roman, for instance, many of our printed designs can be reoriented to run across the bolt, as a “railroad” at no extra charge, with the repeat intact. Contact us about this option.
Packaging
All fabrics ship rolled. If you are seeing a higher cost than you anticipated for your fabric, it is because all rolls are over 58" wide. Even a single yard will ship on a roll of this length.
Our wallpapers are digitally printed in U.S.A. on FSC-Certified matte paper. Rolls measure 24” wide when Trim/Join margins are removed. Rolls come in two lengths, Single (15ft) or Double (30ft),
How Much Wallpaper will I need?
We are happy to help estimate, but since all rooms are differrent, getting a second opinion from your installer is recommended just to be sure. This calculator is also fantastic!
Installation
We recommend professional installation with table trim. Wallpaper rolls ship with white borders and Trim/Join marks, that need to be cut prior to installation. These borders serve to protect your wallpaper’s edges from any dings or dents that might occur before installation. See our detailed Installation guidelines (We also include these in every shipment).

We can offer custom colors of many of our prints, depending on whether the print is a good fit for your custom idea. There is a minimum requirement of 6 yards for custom-colored fabric yardage, and 3 double rolls for custom wallpaper. We do not offer custom color for pillows.
Creating a custom color involves additional fees for design time, sending strike-offs for your approval and (if needed) additional rounds of color. We also require a physical example of the color that is to be matched. Usually, we estimate a 6-8 week lead time for your project.

We try hard never to discontinue styles, but occasionally we do need to. If you can't find your style, chances are it has been discontinued. If you want to be sure, just email us.
Product Care
Caring for printed linen pillows is really easy despite the long description below… we've added some details just to make sure we cover all the bases!
Gentle Hand-Wash/Air Dry
Turn pillow cover inside out, soak the cover and wash gently by hand using a mild detergent and cold or lukewarm water (we like LeBlanc Linen Wash), but a small amount of household detergent should also be fine). Just a gentle soak and movement in the water should do the trick to loosen stains. Then, lay flat to dry. Once dry, we recommend passing a clean, hot iron on steam over either the surface, or the reverse side of the pillow to smooth the linen. Then, put your insert in, work the corners of the insert into the corners of the cover with your fingers, smooth the cover, fluff, and your pillow should look good as new! If your cover has shrunk slightly, don't be alarmed. Like denim or cotton, linen will shrink a little but should stretch again with use.
Dry Clean
Some of our customers have had good luck with dry cleaning - as have we. However, we would warn that you should have a drycleaner you trust...and who you are comfortable with.
Linen Prints
Our prints are produced on Belgian linen, known for its classic quality and beauty, but not considered a performance fabric. However, linen does accept fabric coatings very well, which can enhance durability and stain resistance. We recommend contacting SBI Fine Fabric Finishing or Fabricback if you are interested in lamination, stain treating, or flame/stain retardancy. We ship to them often and would be happy to send your order their way!
Curated Wovens
Our curated wovens are bleach-cleanable and have a light backing already applied on the reverse. They should require no additional treatment to ensure stain resistance or durability!
