If you plan to order pillows made by us, please order our standard weight, as pillows made-to-order by our workroom are always made using standard linen.

If you're considering fabric by the yard, you can sample either heavy or standard. Standard is popular for drapery, roman shades, and light upholstery, while heavy is usually used for upholstery.

As a made-to-order company, we want you to feel confident before placing your order. Please email or chat with us with any questions about our policies below.

Your fabric, pillows, and wallpaper are custom printed and/or sewn specifically for you. Once production begins (typically within 24–48 hours of order placement), orders cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. We highly recommend ordering samples first so you can review your selection in person.

Pillow inserts are not eligible for return or exchange. If you have specific fill preferences, such as a very full or overstuffed look, we recommend selecting the “no insert” option and sourcing an insert that best suits your needs.

For orders requiring multiple items in the same print, such as pillows, wallpaper, or yardage for a single space, we recommend ordering all items together so we can automatically lot match your order. We cannot guarantee a lot match or replace items for lot differences on separate orders unless we have been notified in advance.
