Can I return/exchange?
As a make-to-order company, we are committed to helping you feel comfortable before you place your order. Please email or chat us with any concerns on the policies below.
Your order of fabric, pillows or wallpaper will be custom printed and/or cut/sewn just for you. As such, items are not eligible for exchange or refund once production begins (usually within 24-48 hours of order placement). We highly recommend sampling first, so you can review your selection in person.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for pillow inserts. If you have very specific fill preferences, for instance, a very overstuffed look, we recommend ordering the “no insert” option, and sourcing your own insert.
If you plan on ordering pillows, wallpaper, or yardage in a single print, You should order all items you will need for your space at the same time, so we can automatically lot match between the items we make for you. We will not refund or replace for lot differences if orders are placed separately, and we have not been notified in advance that a lot match is desired.
