Can I return / exchange?
Your order of fabric, pillows or wallpaper will be custom printed and/or sewn, cut, and made just for you. As such, items are not eligible for exchange or refund once production begins (usually within 24-48 hours of order placement). We highly recommend sampling first, so you can review your selection in person. If you plan on ordering pillows, wallpaper, or yardage, you should order all you will need for your space at the same time, so we can automatically lot match between the items we make for you. We will not refund or replace for lot mismatch if orders are placed separately, and we have not been notified in advance that a lot match is desired.
