Our items are custom printed and made-to-order, so we do not accept returns. For textile wares, we encourage you to order swatchesprior to making a purchase. Swatches ship FREE and are fully refundable with the purchase of any item in that style. More information on our swatching service is available here. If you've received an item believed to be defective or that was damaged in shipping, contact us within ten days so we may resolve the situation.
Lead Times: Our items are made to order and ship within 2-3 weeks of order, we ship sooner if possible - and often it is. We will contact you with a tracking number when your order is going out.
Shipping Methods: Finished items are shipped via USPS Parcel Select or Priority Mail. Swatches are shipped via First Class Mail. Fabric by the yard is shipped via UPS with signature confirmation. Shipping rates are calculated on checkout. Our rates are reasonable, and we do not upcharge for shipping.
International: We often ship overseas and to Canada on request. If you don't see your country here, email us for a shipping quote!
